Exciting thing in store for the Little cooking school.

Hello subscribers.

We need a better name...... The TLCS community maybe?

We have had a full 3 months of cooking classes and in this time have met some fabulous people. We've cooked up a storm and had many laughs along the way.

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting this dream of mine.

There are some very exciting times ahead for us.

We have just launched the July and August class schedule online and have included some newbies.

- Gnocchi 3 ways

- Super foods

Everyone loves gnocchi, but how many of you have made it from scratch? Its far easier, and much more fun than you think. The texture of handmade fresh Gnocchi is so divine. You will never buy mass produced Gnocchi from the supermarket again.

The Super foods class uses ancient grains, low GI, and super nutritious ingredients full of flavour and good for you too.

Its not all Cooking classes for us. We have released 2 x Friday Supper Club evenings, and both have sold out!! Friday 21 June & Friday 5 July. We are so excited for this. Whats a supper club you ask? Think "Underground Restaurant". Like a dinner party in style but no obligatory help cleaning up, Its a set menu, set price, set time. Book for 1 or book for a group. Bring your own wine or beer and enjoy the 3 courses on offer in a communal setting in our beautiful dining room. The next Friday Supper Club is scheduled for 23rd August. Bookings are open online but we haven't shouted it from the roof tops yet, so get in quick before it too sells out. $75 pp.

We are so pleased to announce that we will be hosting the fabulous Sophie Hanson on 17th August and her beautiful new book "A basket by the Door" as part of the Mudgee Readers Festival. Sophie will demonstrate making one of her recipes and then join you in the dining room for high tea and graze on other treats that I will be making from her book along with local teas and a sneaky glass of bubbles or two. Book online at

In August we are fortunate to also host another special guest. Ceri Muter - Creative maker. Ceri will be offering 2 workshops on arm knitting and showing us how to make a scarf that we can keep. There are 2 sessions Saturday 24th August at 1pm and Sunday 25th August at 10pm. Sessions go for 3 hours and of course tea/Coffee & cake will be provided.

I love seeing new subscribers added to the list, Thank you. I promise I will find more time to blog.

Please feel free to drop me a line if you have anything you wish to share, classes you'd like to see on the schedule or know of any crafters that need a space to teach their skills.

Thanks folks.
