Service Description

Come along and create delicious recipes to showcase this decadent ingredient. Using locally grown black truffle we will create a delicious truffle and cauliflower soup, mushroom risotto laced in black truffle, a scrumptious cheese, leek and truffle tart, and stuffed roasted chicken. Resulting in a decadent long lunch accompanied by some superb Mudgee wines. You don't want to miss such a luxurious menu as this one!
