In this four-hour workshop, you will not only discover the rich food history behind the Indian dishes we will be cooking but also learn the essential Spices 1, 2, 3 - a valuable rundown on the spices you need and where to find them. Bhavna will share her expertise in Indian cooking techniques and provide tips and tricks to perfect your dishes. But the best part? You get to indulge in a delectable Indian feast of dishes.
