Italian is everyone's favorite cuisine. Step outside the safe space of spaghetti bolognaise and explore new ingredients, and techniques with bold traditional flavors and modern pairings. Including Handmade foccacia, Spaghetti with prawn fra diavolo, Provolone piccante arancini with sage, Chicken Agrodolce and finish with our Hazelnut Tiramisu. Then spend the afternoon imagining that you are in Italy with this decadent feast paired with some lovely Mudgee Italian varietals.
